...there is no better place to have your dogs stay than with Kathy. Whenever we go away I always take my greyhound (Keeper) to "Aunt Kathy's". Even though I have a house sitter stay at my house with my other pets, Keeper goes to Kathy's because he loves to stay with her and the other hounds. When we get in the car and head that direction he really gets excited and can hardly wait to get there. It's greyhound paradise and Kathy has a very special connection with the greys. 

    Iva French keeps a large assorted pack of which two are dogs; she is an active RHGA volunteer, plus foster care giver.

Lobo enjoys his stays at Bed and Barkfast.  He is a social dog so he runs and plays all day.  Lobo is very comfortable with the open kennel sleeping room.  He comes home tired and relaxed. Best of all, I don't have to worry about him while I'm away.  Kathy makes sure every dog gets the attention they need.

Kathy is both owner and operator of this fantastic home away from home. There are oodles of friends to play with (all of the greyt racer type), cushy beds, homemade food, and room to run. Josh is even understood when he steals 3 lb. blocks of cheese off of the kitchen counter, I did say he is a giant. (I think he calls her Aunt Kathy in his mind. She is the "cool aunt" who lets you get away with things that Mom would yell about : ) 

If you are considering welcoming a greyt dog into your home, I say jump in.... the water is fine!

Our Beautiful Grey Fancy has stayed with Kathy and her pack twice. I fully trust Kathy with the care of our dog. Her knowledge of Greyhounds and dogs in general is excellent. Her love of all dogs is apparent. Kathy took wonderful care of Fancy. I had total peace of mind while on vacation and didn't worry about Fancy at all! Not only was Fancy well cared for but she had a great time at her sleep over. I recommend Kathy's Greyhound Playground very highly!

Our greyhound, Dreamer, always has a fantastic time whenever we travel and she stays behind at Kathy's. Dreamer gets excited as soon as we get close to Midland. I think she knows the fun that's coming as she races and plays with other greyhounds.

Kathy - I'm not creative enough to think of a quote from Climber or Janie's mouth. But we hope to never use anyone but you for our boarding needs. We know that when we leave our "kids" with you, they are well loved, and well taken care of. It means so much to me that our dogs do not spend their whole boarding time in a pen, but instead get the run of some great space with great people. We really appreciate all your dedication and devotion to our dogs, and all the dogs you board.
